is the key to unlimited home entertainment.

Films, photos and music can be accessed directly from the PC to the TV or stereo system via an HDMI connection.

Streaming client: direct access to data in the network:
The Network MediaPlayer-450 has direct access to media files on PCs, notebooks or NAS devices in a network, via WLAN or LAN. The player can stream this content and display it on television or via a stereo system. The built-in USB interface (host) allows external USB storage media, such as external hard drives or USB sticks, to be connected. This allows you to enjoy the content in your living room. Thanks to UPnP support, the player also offers direct access to media servers in the network.

Internet radio function: enjoy unlimited music:
The Network MediaPlayer-450 brings you a fresh sound from the Internet to your living room: thousands of Internet radio stations can be received without even turning on your PC. The stations are pre-sorted according to music styles and countries (including SHOUTcast service), are easy to select and can be played directly via the stereo system or television.

Optimal display: including HDMI:
The most powerful chipset from Sigma Designs not only supports video formats such as AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, DAT and VOB, it also supports audio formats such as MP3, WMA, WAV and OGG Vorbis, as well as JPEG image formats. Videos can be displayed on compatible television sets with a resolution of up to 1080i/p using an HDMI connection.

Media archive: 1 TB of space:
With a memory capacity of 1 TB, the Network MediaPlayer-450 is also very suitable as an archive for a complete multimedia collection. It can also be used as a back-up.

An infrared remote control, USB cable, an AV cable (composite), an adapter, a pedestal, an extensive instruction manual on CD and a short installation manual are all included. With the new Network MediaPlayer-WLAN, Freecom adds another dimension to the world of portable media playback devices.
